Antonio Neiwiller was a great theater artist, who died in 1993. Neapolitan, he had started with the "Teatro dei Mutamenti" and later was one of the founders of "Teatri Uniti".
His was a complex and profound journey, in which theater dialogued with the other arts, and which constituted an exemplary paradigm of artistic and existential rigor.
I met him as one does with anyone, introducing himself and remaining open to the world. Antonio has bounded all my barriers with the sound of his voice alone, with times that are children of a thought that knows what urgency and rest are.
In this book - which contains a sound composition with archival recordings of Neiwiller - I have collected some notes, some poems and the reflections that crossed me during the work. The graphite drawings by Rosario Vicidomini and eight unpublished pages by Antonio Neiwiller that the family kindly wanted to grant me, embellish the work.
